This was said in other for the right steps to be taken to increase the embassy priorities to identify and urgently process the resettlement visas of these category of people, who might be exposed to hate from others and are in dear need to be protected.

This also implies that the United states embassies that are located all over the world, should seriously look into the cases of these category of people and grant all the assistance they might need to escape the hatred of others and feel safe and have a sense of belonging among others and not treated with disdain or seen as an abominable set of people.
