Manchester united have declared interest in several players this season. They need one or two more signings to regain their fear factor. They are in the verge of signing the Dortmund sensation, Jadon Sancho and are also interested in signing Van de beek which is a potential Paul Pogba replacement in case pogba decides to leave this summer.

Arsenal on the other hand are linked to a host of quality players after failing to qualify for any European competition next season. Arsenal are interested in Atheltico Madrid defensive Midfielder Partey who is from Ghana. And they have also shown keen interest in Dayot Upamecano. If both teams sign these players, they will likely become the most feared team in Premier League.
