According to the Express, Gianluca Scamacca is set to undergo his medical as he is close to completing a move to Premier League side West Ham. The striker is due to arrive in London ahead of his £35.5m move which comprises an initial fee of £30.5m plus £5m in add-ons.

The Manchester United striker's agent is keen on getting a club for the Portuguese as the Blues and other top clubs like Atletico Madrid may consider a move for the 37-year-old.
