Ever since the summer transfer window opened, a lot of players have switched clubs while others are expected to do same in no distant time.

Nonetheless, I've decided to put up this article to highlight the top ten most expensive signings of the summer.

1. Aurelien Tchouameni: The first player on the list is Aurelien Tchouameni. Real Madrid reportedly paid the sum of €80M to acquire his services from Monaco.


2. Darwin Nunez: Darwin Nunez who joined Liverpool this summer is ranked the second most expensive signing of the summer. According to reports gathered, Liverpool paid the sum of €75M to acquire his services from Benfica.

3. Erling Haaland: The third player on the list is Haaland. Manchester City paid the sum of €60M to acquire his services from Dortmund.

4. Richarlison (€58M)

5. Raphinha: the fifth player on the list is Raphinha. Barcelona paid the sum of €58M to acquire his services from Leeds United.

6. Raheem Sterling: the sixth player on the list is Raheem Sterling. Chelsea paid the sum of €56M to acquire his services from Manchester City.

7. Gabriel Jesus: Gabriel Jesus who recently joined Arsenal is ranked the seventh most expensive signing of the summer. Arsenal paid the sum of €52M to acquire his services from Manchester City.
